Italian Restaurant!

Tonight we had a family themed night. Sometimes we base it on a movie or a restaurant.

This one is an Italian Restaurant!

First we decorate the dining room as the theme of the night.

We added candles and a few other things.

After we do that we need a menu of what we are going to eat, like in the real restaurants.

We like to add some fun little pictures to them.

On the menu it says we are having

for an appetizer a tomato and cheese dish called caprese.



Then for the main dish we had spaghetti and meatballs.

For sides we had salad and bread.

For drinks we had cranberry juice (fake wine) and a delicious drink called Italian cream soda with fun swirl straws!

Then there is desserts. We had two desserts for tonight.

One we got from the dollar tree, it's called Italian Ice. We bought two flavors, lemon and cherry.

The second dessert is called cannoli dip and we used broken up waffle cones. It was so good.

 Later I will give the recipe for this amazing dessert.

Anyways these fun themed nights are lost of fun, and I totally recommend them.

 You can even dress up for fun!
